Returns
We only make products that we
think are great. We want you to think so, too.
If you decide that something you ordered doesn't
fit or isn't exactly what you want, we'll take
it back as a return. Just send your unwashed,
unused and unworn item to us within 60 days of
shipment with a receipt. We'll issue a credit
to your credit card. If we believe the product
you've returned has been damaged, washed, or worn,
we'll send it back to you as soon as possible.
Of course if there's a defect,
we'll make things right. All Tansmith® products
are covered under our warranty against material
and manufacturing defects, even if 60 days have
passed since your purchase. If Tansmith determines
that a product has a material or manufacturing
defect, we'll repair or replace it.
To return products purchased
at Tansmith.com, you can take your product
with a receipt to a Tansmith® retail store
or factory outlet near you or follow these simple
steps:
- Detach and retain the top customer portion
of the return form for your records.
- Indicate the item(s) that you are returning
on the bottom portion of the return form and
check the appropriate reason for your return.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the
original package if possible, and include
the return form.
- We've provided a return label as part of
the return form.
- Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot
accept C.O.D. returns.
- If you don't have the original return documentation,
or if you have any other questions about your
return, please call our Online Service Team
at 1-866-TANSMITH. We want you to feel as
confident about your online purchase as you
would if you were standing inside a Tansmith®
store.
We'll do everything we can to
take care of your return quickly. Returns with
complete documentation will receive priority.
Your refund will be posted to the credit card
you used to make the purchase. Returns typically
require 21 business days to process after they
are received, so it may take one or more billing
cycles for your credit to appear.
Please note that shipping charges
for products returned for credit are not refundable,
and Tansmith can't be responsible for returns
lost while in transit to us.
To return products purchased
at a Tansmith® Specialty Store or a Tansmith®
Factory Outlet:
- Bring the product with a receipt to the
nearest Tansmith® store or Tansmith®
factory outlet near you. OR
- Email us at customercare@tansmith.com.
Select the "General Customer Service"
subject option and send us your question.

Friday 8.00 A.M- 5.30 P.M. (Mountain Standard
Time).

Warranty Information
In the event that a quality issue
arises in the performance of your product and
more than 60 days have passed, please contact
us via email at customercare@tansmith.com
or call us at 1-866-TANSMITH. If you
choose to email us, please provide us with your
name, mailing address, and telephone number. We
will then provide you with a return authorization
number that is required to be placed on the outside
of your package. This is not a guarantee against
wear and tear.
For warranty information on products
purchased at a Tansmith® Specialty Store,
a Tansmith® Factory Outlet or an authorized
Tansmith® retailer:
We strongly recommend that you
immediately return your product to the Tansmith®
retailer/store where the product was purchased.
If a return to the retailer/store is not possible,
please contact us via email at customercare@tansmith.com
or by calling 1-866-TANSMITH to set up a return
authorization file to help facilitate the return.
You will be given instructions on how to return
your product to The Tansmith Company for a quality
inspection. |
