Q.Is it safe to use my debit card on your website?
A.Yes. If you choose to pay by Debit card, the amount charged will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q.When placing an order I get an error message stating that there has been an authorization failure. What went wrong?
A.Please cross check your credit card details like type of card, card number, expiration date, card verification code or perhaps old billing address discrepancy. If you are still having problems please call us to help you assist in your purchase.

Q.Do you offer Gift Certificates or Gift Cards?
A.Yes, we offer E-Gift certificates. The Gift certificate will be in the form of an electronic Gift Certificates which can be used by the recipient just like regular prepaid purchase. Simply write to us at customercare@tansmith.com or call us at 1 866-826-7648 to help us facilitate your request.

Q.If an item goes on sale that I just purchased, can I get a credit for the price difference?
A.The price of a product may go up or down as various factors combined together determine the price of a product at one time. Thus it’s not feasible with us to adjust prices on products already sold. However you may request a one-time courtesy price adjustment. This courtesy price match policy is not applicable to items going under clearance.

Q.Do you charge Sales tax on my order?
A.No. Enjoy no sales tax on your orders (with the exception of orders shipped to State of Colorado) For state like New York where the customer or recipient is suppose to pay sales tax on purchases over $100 made online, Tansmith will absorb that tax on your behalf. So guys enjoy sales tax free shopping! No sales tax will be collected on orders with a Colorado billing address if the order gets shipped to any other state. Customers outside U.S have to pay local taxes as per the rule of the land.

Q.What is the status of my order?
A.Your order status will be available with in 24-48 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the My Account link at the top right corner of every page of our site. From there, you shall be able to view and track your order.

Q.Do you process back orders?
A.Tansmith.com does not process back orders. If an item is temporarily out of stock or out of size, you will not see that particular size, in the drop down menu of the product detail page.

Q.Do you have a Retail catalog?
A.Yes, time to time we do have printed catalog for free distribution however it's highly advisable to shop online instead because a product can often be zoomed and viewed at different angles. This privilege is unfortunately not available in print format. To still get a printed catalog mailed to you please check out our Catalog request form.

Q.What are the shipping charges?
A.Ground shipping is totally free for orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Expedited shipping charges apply. Shipping charges apply to all orders shipped Internationally and to Canada.

Q.How long will it be before I receive my order?
A.Through Free Standard Ground shipping, you should receive your order within 4-6 business days. As a general rule, processing time (same day or next day) plus shipping time (3-5 business day-depending on the zone) equals total delivery time.

Q.Can I expedite my shipping?
A.Yes, you can choose to expedite shipping your order, at the check out page. Expedited orders placed before 12 noon PST on a business day will be shipped out the same day. All other orders will be shipped out the next business day. Note: Once your order is shipped from our warehouse we can not express ship it or expedite it then.
