The Tansmith.com limited warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for full 180 days (applicable to resident of U.S and Canada only) from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, at our option, we will repair or replace your product (with an equivalent product if your product is no longer available) only if we find that the product has any type of manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damages that result from an accident, misuse, abuse and normal wear and tear. Incidental or consequential damages such as loss of use of time or similar expenses are not recoverable under this warranty.
