Bonded Labor: We at Tansmith ensure that no forced, bonded or involuntary labor is employed or used for the production of Tansmith line of high fashion products or services.
No Child Labor: We at Tansmith ensure that no child labor is employed at any of our factories worldwide. Our vendors strictly comply with the local minimum age limit laws and other legal requirements.
Minimum Wages: The workers are compensated with wages and benefits that meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage law.
Working Hour’s Stipulation: Even though the production in our factories carries on in two shifts but no single worker is forced to work more than the maximum hours of daily labor allowed as per local labor laws. Overtime pay requirements are met as per local labor laws.
Prohibit Harassment: We prohibit any form of harassment or physical abuse, to both our contracted and regular workers employed in factories worldwide.
