Q.How can I find a specific item online?
A.To search for a specific item using the style name (or style number) please use our search box on extreme right top corner.
 
Q.How do I place an order online?
A.

Once you have selected and added an item to your shopping bag, you can start the checkout process by selecting "proceed to secure checkout" green button on the shopping bag page at the right bottom of your screen. Alternatively you can also call us to place an order by phone. Our toll free Customer Care number is 1-866-826-7648

 
Q.How can I buy more than 1 pair per color per style at a time as the option to choose multiple pairs is missing in the quantity box window?
A.

You can certainly buy multiple pairs in different sizes/styles, however to shop more than one pair in same style/size you need to checkout before you can log in again.

 
Q.Can I place an International orders?
A.

Yes, you can place Intl. orders (outside Canada) on the U.S website. Upon receipt of orders our team may request additional verification to authenticate your purchase.

 
Q.Can I cancel my order?
A.

Yes, you can cancel the order till the time it’s not shipped from our warehouse. If it’s already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you have the option of returning it to us by logging in “My account” page on top right corner of our website and following the prompts on Order History page.

 
Emails about your order

After you place your order on Tansmith.com or via phone, you will receive e-mail updates about your order status. You can also check the most updated status of your order by logging in “My Account” page.

Below are the examples of e-mails you might receive:

  • Order Confirmation: This e-mail confirms that we have received your order and your order is in process. The order number, order date and time will be included.
  • Order Shipped: This e-mail confirms that some or all of your order has been shipped. You may receive multiple shipment confirmation e-mails if items are shipped separately or from separate locations. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
  • Shipment Delivered: This e-mail will confirm you that your order has been delivered to the address provided. Date and time of such delivery will be notified.
  • Important notice about your order: This email offers important information about your order, such as: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, existence of a duplicate order, and cancellation of order. If you receive such email, please call us at 866-826-7648 so as to address the problems.

 

Order Status

You may check the status of your orders by logging in “My Account” Page. When you click on my account, you will be prompted to log in with your e-mail address and password. Once you have signed in, "My Order History" page will provide you with detailed information about your current (and past) orders. This is the easiest and the fastest way to obtain current information.

Please note: Order information may not appear on Tansmith.com in your order history page for up to 24 hours after the order has been submitted.

After your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be displayed. This number allows you to check the shipping status of your order through the shipping company.

Note: Shipping companies may not have the ability to track a number for up to 24 hours.

 
Delivery of Your Items

Delivery of your items with in U.S contiguous states can take between 3-5 full business days, depending on your zone or location and designated shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.

 
Cancellations

Cancellations by our system: Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons. Possible reasons include :-

  • Unavailable item(s)
  • Difficulty in processing your payment information.
  • Inability to ship to address provided.
  • Existence of a duplicate order.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice via e-mail. It will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reprocessed and must be submitted again on our website. If you are interested in purchasing items similar to those unavailable, you may contact customercare@tansmith.com for recommendations.


Customer Requested Cancellations: After you have clicked "Proceed to Secure Checkout", you can cancel your order if notified of the change with in 30 min of placing your order to us. After 30 minutes our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. Once you receive your order in the mail, you can return us any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions.


Note: The order is considered cancel only when you receive an e-mail notification from us.
