How is order status different from tracking information?
Your Order Status is provided by Tansmith.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx or UPS) that may provide tracking Information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessed by signing into the My Account page of the website. Once you have signed in you can access the Order Status of your past and new orders on “Order History” page when it becomes available.
When applicable, tracking numbers are assigned immediately and generally appear on our website along with your other order information. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 to 48 hours.
Please note that tracking availability may vary based on the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Occasionally, orders may be delivered via carriers that do not offer the ability to track packages. In these rare instances, your “Order History” page will not offer tracking information or link to carrier’s website if any but will offer all other important order details.
Finding Your Order Status :- The status of your order is easy to find.
Check your e-mail: After entering your email address during Checkout, you will receive e-mails that update you on your order status.
Visit the website: Sign into the My Account page and view your order history at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking information, and past orders is available. Please note, order information may not appear in your order history for up to 24 hour after the order has been submitted.

All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company (FedEx). To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website, where up to date tracking information may be available.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 24-48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
