How long it takes for the order to be delivered?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days following the day you placed your order. Standard shipping orders will be delivered in 3-5 business days (from the ship date) and Express orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days (from the ship date). We will confirm your estimated delivery dates by e-mail or you can check your order status after signing in on My Account page.
Please note: For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Tansmith.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are based on the shipping method of choice and the number of units bought. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as 2nd Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to 2nd Day or Overnight service, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) PST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
Shipping with in 48 Contiguous United States :-
Free Standard Ground (3-5 business days)
For a limited period of time, Tansmith is offering Free Ground Shipping to all orders to be shipped with in 48 contiguous United States. You can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
Second Day (2-3 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Second Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 full business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders is based on the numbers of the items bought. You will be provided the shipping cost for your order during checkout.
Overnight (next business day)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Overnight service. You can expect your order to arrive by 3.00 p.m next business day for order placed by 12.00 noon PST. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs for orders is based on the numbers of the pairs bought. You will be provided the shipping cost for your order during checkout.
Please note all above delivery schedules are estimated and we have very restricted control on carrier’s delivery operations!
Tracking your Order
How is order status different from tracking information?
Your Order Status is provided by Tansmith.com. It represents the progress of your order between the time it is placed and the time it ships from our warehouse. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a carrier (such as FedEx or UPS) that may provide tracking Information until your order is delivered*. The tracking information is accessed by signing into the My Account page of the website. Once you have signed in you can access the Order Status of your past and new orders on "Order History" page when it becomes available.
When applicable, tracking numbers are assigned immediately and generally appear on our website along with your other order information. Depending on the shipping company, you can click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order. Even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 24 to 48 hours.
Please note that tracking availability may vary based on the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
Occasionally, orders may be delivered via carriers that do not offer the ability to track packages. In these rare instances, your "Order History" page will not offer tracking information or link to carrier's website if any but will offer all other important order details.
Finding Your Order Status : - The status of your order is easy to find.
Check your e-mail: After entering your email address during Checkout, you will receive e-mails that update you on your order status.
Visit the website: Sign into the My Account page and view your order history at any time. Information about your open orders, tracking information, and past orders is available. Please note, order information may not appear in your order history for up to 24 hour after the order has been submitted.

P.O. Boxes / Military APO / FPO Addresses

All questions regarding the status of a package with a tracking number should be directed to the shipping company (FedEx). To contact the shipping company, simply click on the tracking number. You will then be redirected to their website, where up to date tracking information may be available.
*Tracking information may not be available for up to 24-48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
Shipment to Canada
FedEx Ground Service
Most items can be shipped to locations in Canada. You can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Federal holidays in the United States and Canada. Free shipping is not applicable to Canada.
Note: Upon delivery, you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes on your order. The Canadian Customs and Revenue Agency is going to charge you following fees.
Canada GST - 5% approx.
Provincial Sales Tax - 8% approx.
If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties, taxes and return shipping. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

We process International orders in Americas and Europe. You can shop online or can call us at 1 866 826 7648 to help us facilitate your purchase. The customer care representative may request you to provide us via e-mail more than two forms of ID's to authenticate your purchase.
